Job Description
  • Analyze your region from a sales growth perspective using our business intelligence, customer data, regional intelligence, and historical data.
  • Build strategy for the region and set smart goals for the team to best achieve targets.
  • Participate in leadership development and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to build corporate programs and strategies that apply to your region's success.
  • Share what you have learned with your team so they can grow too!

Qualifications
  • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
  • Post Secondary Education;
  • 4+ years leading and managing a team of direct reports in sales
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network;
  • Expert at outside-the-box thinking and solution-solving within the guidelines of the company policies creating wins for both the company and the Customer;
  • Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
  • Experience hiring and onboarding excellent team members
  • Coach mentality that leads team to greater potential
